Shipping Information
We ship all our animals with
FedEx. Since it is very important that live animals are shipped
the fastest way possible, when your order is ready to ship
it will be next
day overnight*. Please review the shipping table
below to estimate when to expect a delivery time after your
purchase.
*EXCEPTION to overnight shipping: If
you live in a very rural or remote area your order may
take TWO
FULL DAYS to arrive.
Even though you will be paying an overnight charge, due to
remoteness or inaccessibility, next day shipping really
means second day shipping. This
is very important to consider because our live guarantee
of delivery DOES NOT APPLY under those circumstances
and ReptilesNCritters.com will NOT BE HELD LIABLE for
animals that are lost as a result of longer second day shipping. It
may be in the best interests of your animals to ship your
package to an authorized FedEx shipping facility for customer
pickup. How can I tell if I live in an area that does not
benefit from next day shipping? Please click
here to go to
the FedEx estimated shipping page to see if your area qualifies
for true next day shipping. On FedEx's shipping estimator
page input 33024 as the originator zip code and then fill
in your zip code. Leave the "No. of packeges" box
set to one and then select 1 pound as the shipping weight
while checking the "Ship to a residence" checkbox.
Select "Schedule a
Pickup" from the "Pickup/Dropoff" select bar.
Click the button
"Get detailed quote." On the next page select "FedEx
Box"
from the "Package Type" menu bar and then click "Continue."
The final results page will tell you on what date your order
will arrive. Major Holidays: No deliveries on the
following U.S. holidays: Thanksgiving (Last Thursday in November),
Christmas Day (December 25th), New Years Day (January 1st),
and Independence Day (July 4th).
If you need to schedule a delivery other than the schedule provided in the
table below you will need to leave a message with us at 347-587-3277 or email
us.

Notes:
1. New York State residents will be charged an additional 8.625% sales tax.
2. While we try to keep our web site updated with our current stock of reptiles
at all times, there will be occasions when we will run out of some
animals unexpectedly. We will inform you promptly if there is any order that
cannot be filled.
United States Shipping
We normally process orders within 1 business day. However, if
your order is placed close to the weekend we will delay shipping
until the following Monday. As a general rule, orders received
Monday through Wednesday afternoon will ship the next day for
overnight delivery the following day. Orders placed Thursday
afternoon (after 2PM) through Sunday will ship the following
Monday but sometimes as late as Tuesday.
International Orders.
We currently do not ship live animals to our international customers.
